18th Century Walnut Bureau Bookcase



Delightful George I walnut bureau bookcase of exceptional colour. Moulded cornice over a bevelled mirror plate door, opening to reveal two adjustable shelves and an arrangement of pigeon holes and drawers. The bottom section with fall enclosing central cupboard flanked by six drawers and tooled leather surface. Two short and three long featherbanded drawers below, fitted with pretty brass plate handles and escutcheons. Raised on shaped bracket feet.
