18th Century Italian Commode

Stunning eighteenth century Italian fruitwood commode. Crossbanded, quartered veneered top with chequered stringing over three long drawers with pretty brass plate handles and pressed escutcheons. Raised on shaped cabriole legs. A fine example of early continental furniture with fantastic colour and aged wax patina. Circa. 1750
