Georgian walnut tallboy

Exquisite George II walnut chest on chest. Featured as our 'Dealer's choice' piece for January, there is much to admire here, including beautiful original patina, subtle warm-coloured veneers and lovely details such as the crossbanded and featherbanded drawers, the walnut sides and the brushing slide. It features three short, over six long graduated drawers, fitted with brass plate handles. Raised on shaped bracket feet.
