Elegant golden mahogany cheveret table, or ladies writing desk. The top section with three quarter gallery book stand and boxwood strung drawers. The lower section with a single drawer fitted with lifting leather writing surface, pen tray and ink compartments. Raised on square tapered legs. A charming piece, with boxwood inlay throughout.
