Please be aware that it is the customers responsibility to pay any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country when items are delivered outside of the UK.

When receiving the goods please satisfy yourself that you are happy with the purchase. In the unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied, then we are happy to offer a full refund for the furniture, excluding an admin and delivery fee.

Fees to return an item are as follows:

If returned with the same carrier immediately on delivery £150 + card fees if applicable
If returned with a carrier on a different day (no later than 14 days of delivery) £300 + card fees if applicable
