Buying an item

We accept payment by cheque, debit, credit card or via online transfer. Where you would like time to consider a purchase we are able to hold the item reserved for up to twenty four hours. When you wish to go ahead with a purchase, we require the full payment at the time of sale.
Shipping / Deliveries
We are now offering free delivery to England & Wales! Delivery is with one of our team of friendly carriers who always deliver with a smile and the upmost professionalism. We aim to deliver within 2-3 weeks of the order being made. The item is fully insured to your door.
For shipping outside England & Wales, or Internationally, we will keep the prices as low as possible for you... so do get in touch if you would like a quote! you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that any additional local taxes and surcharges applied when the item arrives at its destination are payable by the customer.
If using a delivery company of your own choice, please ensure that they are experienced at moving antique furniture and are covered by insurance.
When receiving the goods please satisfy yourself that you are happy with the purchase. In the unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied then we are happy to offer a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery to and from your home. If delivery has not been itemised at the time of sale - please check with us for a quote. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the piece, if you wish to return it.
